  • What is the first step in renting Leevin accommodation?
    Contact our team by phone, email or WhatsApp to check availability.

  • Need a deposit?
    Yes, you need to pay the Security Deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the contract when you leave the property and after an inspection has been carried out.

  • How long does the contract last?
    From 2 to 6 months.

    Difference in accommodation types
    Leevin offers vacancy or property rentals. Understand the main differences and choose the option that best suits your needs.

  • Vacancy: When you rent a space on a property, it means that you will share space and responsibilities with other residents. During the contract period, you will be responsible for the space, which means that if for any reason you want to leave the property before the date, you can repost the space to ensure that someone else takes over the remaining period of the contract. Car rental is ideal for those who are arriving on the island alone and want to save.

  • Property: When you rent a property, you will be responsible for it for the duration of the contact. Property rental is ideal for those who have a group of friends or family to share the residence and for those who want more privacy.

    I am currently renting Leevin accommodation
    If you are already a Leevin customer, don't forget to read the property's manual carefully.
     
  • If I want to leave before my contract expires?
    You will be responsible for the residency during the contracted period. If for any reason you want to leave the property before the date, you can transfer the responsibility of the contract, with the approval of the company, in order to ensure that someone else takes over the remaining period, otherwise you could lose your deposit.
     
  • If I don't want to renew?
    You must notify us 30 days prior to the end of your contract in writing to [email protected].
     
  • Deposit return and checkout
    You will have completed your check-out when you leave the property and return your keys to our office. An inspection will be carried out after check-out and if everything is ok we will refund your deposit within 14 working days of check-out.
    *Note that the vacancy/property must be clean and organised so that cleaning is not discounted.
     
    NOTE: The client must send the information (IBAN) by email, formalising the exit. In case of international transfers, the list of information necessary to carry out the transfer must be requested by email and an international transfer fee may be discounted.
